The “More Bass, Less Grass” virtual field day is a six hour online field day covering aquatic vegetation identification, strategies and regulations for aquatic vegetation management, using herbivorous fish as an IPM strategy, pond site selection, fish stocking strategies, fish management strategies, and electrofishing and aquatic herbicide application demonstrations by pond and lake management companies and vendor spotlights for pond management products so attendees can learn more about the products available for use in their management plans.
This virtual program will be hosted on Zoom and all registrants will receive a PDF file of presentations (copyrighted, not for reuse).
Zoom link will open at 8:30 a.m. for time to check your microphone. There will be a one-hour break for lunch at noon, when speakers may be answering questions.
Available Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)
This program will offer 5 CEUs for Texas pesticide license holders who attend the program live.
